Pokeball Pokemon

Below is a list of all the Pokemon that appear in Pokeballs in Brawl, and what they do.

Bellossom

Bellossom performs Sleep Powder. It stands by and puts anyone near it to sleep.

Bonsly

Bonsly eventually performs Self-Destruct. Until then, it walks around the stage where it can be picked up and thrown.

Celebi

Celebi performs Teleport. It does nothing to the battle, but it will drop trophies.

Chikorita

Chikorita performs Razor Leaf. It launches leaves repeatedly at foes and may trap them.

Deoxys

Deoxys performs Hyper Beam, which fires a charged beam down onto the stage.

Electrode

Electrode performs Explosion. It charges up, then explodes, giving off high knock back damage and percent.

Entei

Entei performs Fire Spin. It traps opponents in a vortex of fire.

Gardevoir

Gardevoir performs Barrier. It will moves around the stage, creating a circular barrier where players can stand to be protected from projectiles.

Goldeen

Goldeen performs Splash, which does nothing, just as in previous Smashes.

Groudon

Groudon performs Overheat. It doesn't move upon being summoned, but anyone touching it gets hit, causing high knock-back damage.

Gulpin

Gulpin performs Stockpile and Spit Up. It will Inhale an opponent and if foe doesn't escape in time, it spits them out.

Ho-Oh

Ho-Oh performs Sacred Fire. It traps foes in a pounding vortex of fire that causes critical damage more so than Entei's.

Jirachi

Jirachi appears and drops stickers down for players to grab.

Kyogre

Kyogre performs Spout. It moves to the side of the stage and pushes foes back with water, similar to Mario's FLUDD. It doesn't cause any damage from the water, but coming into contact with Kyogre deals decent damage and knockback.

Latias & Latios

Latias and Latios perform Aerial Ace together. The quickly fly around the stage, knocking foes back.

Lugia

Lugia performs Aeroblast. It retreats to the back of the stage and unleashes a critical beam that sends foes flying.

Manaphy

Manaphy performs Heart Swap. It Swaps the hearts of characters, causing user to control of another character for a short time.

Meowth

Meowth performs Pay Day. It chases after opponents with a barrage of coins, similar to Piplup's Surf.

Metagross

Metagross performs Earthquake. It Stomps the ground and makes foes get stuck in the floor. Stomping again sends them up.

Mew

Mew performs Teleport, which does absolutly nothing to the battle, but it will drop a CD.

Moltres

Moltres performs Overheat and anyone that touches it gets a lot of damage and knock back.

Munchlax

Munchlax performs Stockpile and Swallow. It will run around the stage and eat any items it finds.

Piplup

Piplup performs Surf. It will attempt to push an opponent right off the side of the stage with a wave of water.

Snorlax

Snorlax performs Body Slam. It leaps up, then descends down through the stage hitting those in its way.

Staryu

Staryu performs Swift. It chases opponents and then attacks foe with a horizontal barrage of stars.

Suicune

Suicune performs Ice Beam. It sends out a sharp beam of ice horizontally towards foes.

Togepi

Togepi performs Metronome, which randomly does another Pokemon's attack.

Torchic

Torchic uses the ability Blaze, which critically hurts those surrounding its flaming body.

Weavile

Weavile performs Quick Attack. It attacks foes by dashing and stunning them, giving them the same effect as a shield break. However, if you are hit while in the air by Weaville (even though he stays on the ground), you go flying straight up.

Wobbuffet

Wobbuffet performs Counter. If hit, it continuously wobbles back and forth causing damage.
